Surrounding People’s Square in the city center, it is home to the most diverse and historic theatre complex of the city. Although the term ‘People’s Square Circle of Performing Arts’ is the key word seen in the press only in recent years, the fact that the congregation of performance venues took shape as early as a century ago.
